Williams Lea is a leading global provider of customized Corporate Information Solutions and 'Abbey View' Wymondham is its flagship solutions centre for the UK which officially opened in September 2006. The site employs 300 staff who work on managing clients end-to-end correspondence and marketing communications. This includes the scanning and indexing of incoming mail which is then uploaded directly to clients workflow systems, and the composition, printing and distribution of all outgoing correspondence. The site also runs a continuous improvement culture through a methodology called Total Productive Management (TPM) which has been in use for five years focusing and improving on loss. The company also achieved the ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation in December 2006. |
